I'll put Trey Anastasio in this conversation for best in the past 25 years.
I'm not trying to knock Frusciante, I think that dude is great. Like Drew Brees great, not Tom Brady great. I mean, he's up there, but he's not in my top 10 of all time.

I could see him near the top of the list i suppose, not a big Phish fan myself. But i dont think he's better than Frusciante
