I don't much like Wilco, but they've won two Grammys and have been nominated for five. They've had several albums on the Billboard charts and they are constantly in the music press. If you haven't heard of Wilco, that's a reflection on you, not the band. They aren't ubiquitous, but they are a soldily mainstream band that many, many people know about.

I've never heard of anyone talk about that band, or even see any form of media mention of them...except on TD. Not hating, btw.
