OK. I have no priming bulb. there is definitely gas in it. the kill switch is in place. the starter turns over plenty so I don't think it's a battery problem. I agree with getting no gas or no fire. so check the plugs first I guess. and heres a silly question for you guys, where do I get starter fluid and where do I spray it?

auto parts store, home depot, lowes, etc...

spray direct in the cylinder if you can get the plugs in fairly quickly or into the carb's air inlet

Are you getting Spark? pull a plug, leave the wires on, crank and see. dont touch the engine while doing this

If you are, next try the starting fluid, if that helps it start to crank, its the fuel, if not, next onto compression

while you are getting starting fluid, just get it at an Auto parts store, and rent a compression tool while there. attach and check compression

didn't you say starter was spinning but engine wasn't cranking over?
Does it sound like the starter is not engaging with the motor or the motor is actually spinning around but not wanting to run?
