Yes.
Don't confuse student priority points (ones used to get student away game tickets) with TAF priority points though. As a student you can join the TAF collegiate club for $10 and get 1 priority point. The student priority points you get for going to the games are only for student tickets.

And as a side note: does anyone know about how many points it takes to get the philanthropic ranking around 3000? 4000?
