IIRC, Rodriguez got the touch on the ball, not the defender. In real time, it did look like the defender might have, though.

You are right ,he got a touch on the ball barley.
But the US guy is still in pursuit of the ball nicked out in front a yard.And then the guy from behind clips his legs down.
STILL A PENALTY ALL DAY.
2 penalties not called and a great ( lucky) save by the Mexican goal keeper is given as a GOAL KICK ..LMAO
