They don't have the money to add CP3, even if they let West walk. Only chance they'd have at coming close to that lineup would be if CP3 told the Clippers that he'd accept a sign and trade to the Pacers or walk, and that trade would have to include either Granger or Hibbert for salary purposes.

That and they've already beaten the Heat badly. Twice.

Indiana is really good. Best defense in the league.

I'd take Horford too. just trying to be realistic.

if the Hawks get CP3, they're not sucking badly enough to draft Horford in 07. but they likely still suck badly enough in 04-05 with Deng or Iguodala to draft CP3 (neither were that good as rooks, Childress actually had comparable numbers) and then sign Joe and Zaza as free agents that summer.
