As soon as I saw that Alabama "offered" Roberts, I knew there were going to multiple threads and discussions about BAMA offering and LSU not offering.....
Sometimes you have to sit back and wonder if you've been reading this board (and other boards) for far too long.

Exactly. The offer is not committable. Saban would like to see him work out before its committable, just like lsu. It seems like its standard procedure to throw out non committable offers to OOS players. Lsu does it as well.
