Love NPH on that show--I do appreciate the fact that a gay actor has finally broken through being cast as heterosexual cad. In that sense, NPH's performance is groundbreaking, but the show itelf is not.

The way the show is edited and the story telling format were considered very innovative when the show first came on. That you don't consider that groundbreaking is more your fault than theirs.
