Garfish. I was chastised once for saying that but it's the truth. I love other fish, but if I were on death row and had to choose a fish for my last meal, it would be garball rice and gravy with fried gar parties on white bread with mayo and mustard.

Dude we had some about (gar balls) two weeks ago. Brown gravy on rice. Actually one of my favorites along with sacalait, speckled trout, lemon fish, fresh tuna steak on the grill rare, snapper. Only thing I dont like is king mackarel. .
