Depends on how detailed you want to be with it. I'd be sure to take time to route cables properly in front of and behind the motherboard. A couple of hours should be plenty for a basic build.

depends on if all parts show up working correctly, and how long it would take you to figure out if one part was not working correctly when all hooked together. and which one
and dropping screws can be a major pain in the arse. windows updates take a bit to run, too
id agree w/ 3-4 hours for a beginner. if you can use a screwdriver and read instructions you will be fine
