Forgot to mention...... out your corn meak in the freezer. The colder it is...... the better it sticks

Ok so I've decided ill try them 4 different ways then make everyone taste all 4 and see what they think 
The great catfish experiment.
-mustard

-hot sauce
-buttermilk
I will use the same dry seasoning on all of them.
