How did Jr drop from 7th to 10th after the restart? Did he mess up the restart as usual?

Naw the low line just took off. Think he followed Waltrip to long also.

Not sure about the first lap of the restart but the top got too crowded the last 4 laps and he got boxed in, Montoya decided to drive where no one else was and the bottom started moving. Finally made it to the bottom but it was too late.
