Every time I see something he said or hear him speak, it sounds like the words of a 5 year old. The above quote sounds like a confused child who got in trouble and doesn't understand why.

It's because he's cognitively deficient. He's just a flat out stupid person with athletic skills.

And before anyone says "aren't most college football players that way?" No, they aren't. Most are just lazy when it comes to class work because they don't see the point in it. They aren't naturally stupid though, like Teo is.

hes been this way for the past four years. ive never lived the sheltered mormon lifestyle but im sure it would have impacted by personality/cognitive functioning to some extent.
