Is that a block of Velveta cheese I see in the upper right of the pic? If so, then props to you. I'm starting a Southbeach diet tomorrow, so not hate here.
Oh, and that Diet DP is going to rot your teeth out! I certainly hope you and the wifey don't plan on sippin' on that to satisfy the sugar cravings. Of all diet drinks, this one is by far the worst at causing tooth decay.

Actually, what you see are Canasta Cards in a yellow box on a stool in the corner.
Velveeta is a rarely enjoyed treat. None in the house at the moment. We do have cheddar, Monterey Jack, Cream Cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan. I did pick up a can of canned cheese a week or two back at the market, but I put it back.
I have enjoyed Diet Dr Pepper for 20 years. My teeth are all mine and in great shape, or they were when I had them cleaned a couple of months back. If needed to address the concerns of the board, I'll post their condition mid summer when my next cleaning is scheduled.
I hardly ever get sweet cravings.
My cardiologist and over half of his staff went on Adkins a few years ago after my first time on it. At that time, I lost 60 pounds. At that time he said the journals said that the diet was not bad for you.
Sometimes I get a spooky feeling on ketosis, but the feelings pass about as quickly as they come.
Had a Mitral valve replacement and after that a Pace Maker (syncope ater open heart surgery), so spooky feelings catch my attention.

Tell me more. Why is this so? I gave up diet drinks for 2 years but have (unfortunately) started drinking the newer diet DP. Bold. For Men (stupid ad campaign).
