The gameplan and much of the playsheet is by committee and Studs will likely still have input also.
I doubt Cam will ever have full control of the O, seeing as he works for Miles.
Les is the head coach, and Les Miles coached teams have 4/5 top offenses in LSU history, with 2 teams better than Saban's lone entry. DWI

We need to get better on O so we can win championships.

WRT to the OP, I think the biggest challenge is purging out the "slog" identity and forging a new identity. The talent is there including Mett. Just need to develop some chemistry.
