what I use - F250 Superduty. Its overkill by far but sure does tow easily.
Like has been said, typically its not "will it pull it?" but "will it stop it?"

This for sure... the real question in my mind is where will you be fishing? How steep are the ramps? You may possible want to spend your money on a 4x4 1/2 ton vs trying to get into a 3/4 ton rig depending on what your budget will allow.
4 wheel drive sure is nice on those steep wet ramps covered in slim.
