-Very good handle, one of the best in the league
-Elite speed
-can beat guys off the dribble going to the basket and pulling up for jumpers
-About as clutch as they come in the NBA in the 4th
Statistical, For point guards:
-Top scoring PG at over 23 ppg, 6th in FG%
-Top five in 3pt%, top 10 in 3's made
-7th in rbds at 3.7 a game
-Top 10 in steals with 1.7 a game
I know, I just parrot analysts and have no match your all-powerful intellect and all-encompassing Hornets and NBA knowledge, but just a few observations and stats I have from what I've seen from him

I realize he isn't a great defender, and doesn't pass particularly well (of course who the frick is he supposed to pass it to that roster) but the good thing about having literally all the physical tools in the world is you can get better at those things
