Can I assume if he puts pb in a pb (colored) roux, he puts chocolate in a choc (colored) roux?...by the way this the most absurd thing ive ever heard of and would put money on the fct that this was a horrible misinterpretation...bc no one should be putting pb in roux...and I mean this in the nicest way possible
