All-time, it's Ohio State easily. They're a top 10 all-time program in football and a borderline top 10 all-time program in basketball. UCLA is probably #2 on the list. They have the most championships in college basketball and have a pretty damn good football history as well.

It's hard for a non BIg Ten fan to figure out which team (Ohio State/Michigan) has had a better all-time basketball program with all the games & titles the two have had to vacate.
