I never took sales and lease because PMH screwed me over by changing the schedule at the last minute but if memory serves there is a "habitability" rule in the code that would allow you to get out of the lease but I'm pretty sure you first have to notify your landlord of the problem and he gets 30 days to fix it. Sounds like an attempt to fix the problem has already been made but and I'm not sure on all the specifics that are tied to that. Also if you can connect your GFs headaches to the mold that's a whole separate potential action.
