watching this video and then watching yesterday's game......
WOW has college basketball gone to shite or what???
Man this is when College Bball was at it's best
My thoughts exactly!!! Generally the level of competition continues to rise as a sport continues to grow (i.e. today's NFL teams would hammer those from the 70's and 80's), but college basketball has continuously regressed. Alot of those great teams from the 80's would blowout some of today's "great" teams. Just imagine the shock on the faces of today's players when they faced a team who could routinely make mid-range shots and open jumpers. Today's teams wouldn't know how to react to games where the score was in the mid-80's and 90's, as opposed to those classic 60-57 or 49-38 (with each team shooting 35% and 5-24 from 3pt range) barnburners we get to see today.

What's the reason? Do players choose baseball football over Basketball or do players work only on dunking or whatever???
That 1981 LSU team would blow the last 10 NCAA champions off the floor. Cookieman hitting JUMPERS from 15 feet...
I miss good college basketball, not just at LSU but EVERYWHERE
what has happened to this sport??
