I think now that we have a 4 year university. In the off season we should draft out coaching staffs.
Every team needs a full staff. 1 hc 1 recruiting coordinator pc and dc. Strength and conditioning and position coaches.
That would be fun to research who is where and then why you want them.
Verlander can go find a oc that recruits wr to play QB

In my opinion, that would be a little too much. Actually, I would rather allow you to have Dee Hart before we would get into drafting coaches.
