I wish I could agree to do this, but I can't. I'm sure you can understand. As I said before, it's more than just a health decision, it's become a morally influenced decision as well. I hear nothing but good things about the Paleo diet and respect and encourage people to try it if they think it will be right for them. I am looking forward to educating myself on it a little more, for knowledge's sake. I am still reading Body by Science (slowly but surely) if that counts for anything!

If I ever venture back into the world of animal products, Paleo would definitely be a diet I would try.

The health part can be negated with free range grass fed food.

The whole feeling bad for eating animals part, what do you base that on?

Are you religious?

You do realize that humans and our ancestors survived and thrived off of meat.

Also, animals eat other animals all the time. So why can't we?
