Anyone know if they usually go on a wait on weekend nights?

You mean waiting to be seated I take it? We went at like 630ish and there were more empty tables than full ones.
I think it was a Saturday. I've only been once though so that's a small sample size.

Dinner is good but their lunch is way better, with all the good sandwiches they have. The dinner is good, but you really don't get much for what you paid for. I remember we had a ravioli entree that had only 6 or 7 raviolis. Definitely not worth the $20. It's also expensive for the atmosphere, as the place is very casual. High end prices with low end atmosphere is not a good combo.
I would definitely (and I do) go there for lunch, but I would go to Jolie's for dinner. Same price, better service, nicer atmosphere, more bang for your buck.
