How many teams in the past have let a QB as good as him walk, with no one in the wings, & hoped to land someone in the draft or FA?
Losing Lewis & possibly Ed Reed doesn't mean they should just throw in the towel & rebuild. This isn't Madden

probably not many, but how many are burdened by horrible cap hits? i mean the saints are proper fricked by brees's deal. the jets are fricked by sanchez's deal.
just because other teams feel forced doesn't mean it's the right move for the ravens. they've already proven that they can win a super bowl with a mediocre QB
