It had a mediocre cable network premise, a d-list cast, and a laughable name. Wasn't going to succeed. At least not on NBC.

I personally think the premise could've worked if handled correctly, but it wasn't. It was far too absurd to be taken seriously.

Phylicia Rashad isn't D-list. Alana de la Garza was good on Law & Order and Steven Pasquale was good on Rescue Me.

No argument here. I told my sister it was a bad name when they started production. I'm surprised it wasn't changed at some point.

Agreed. Maybe they should've tried it out on USA or even SyFy to see if it established a following. It was thrown into the deep end on NBC without a life-jacket.
