JOB is not NBA ready. If he declares he'll be lucky to be a second round pick, and if he stayed he'd almost assuredly go higher next year and earn himself a lot of money. Remember how good marcus was?? And he went middle of the second. That being said, there's definitely a chance he leaves just bc he's impatient or doesn't like school or whatever, there's a bunch of reasons he could declare.

Now if he does stay, anyone who thinks that team won't be able to make a final four is a fricking moron. Will they?? Who knows LSU's most talented team of all time in the early 90's lost in the second round. That being said look at some of the teams to make final fours in recent years, Butler twice, VCU once, George Mason. Hell the year UCONN won it might not have had a team in it as talented as our team will be next year, assuming thee recruits are as good as advertised. And we're still in for Keith Frazier

ETA: I apologize to the OP that most rantards don't understand the difference between saying a team is final four capable and a team is a final four favorite or lock

Just being capable of being a final four team actually says nothing. Half the teams in the country meet that definition before the games actually start being played every year.

You are putting a lot of your faith in factors that may not come true. Recruiting classes can sound great on paper but not perform or at least not right away when they get to the college game. The freshmen this year sounded great and actually looked pretty good in early season games. But their contribution started to twindle and last night in the biggest win of the year they did nothing.

And of course players can always leave, get injured or not make it academically. All us "rantards" are saying is be a little realistic and don't set us up for failure. Let's enjoy this win for a while before we start feeling that if we don't make the final four next year we are a flop.
