My wife said "It's just a game" to me once. That was after the Seattle play off lost. I literally said "Shut up right now. Don't ever say that to me again." I don't ever talk to my wife like that, and it was an a-hole thing to say, but my mind couldn't deal with it, and I was just trying not to flip out.
My wife calls them the poo poo saints. I stopped listening to anything she says right after we said we do.

Can you imagine the game on Fox and Joe Buck having the call?

Weak, unless you rip your TV off the wall and smack your child in the face with the cord you're not a real fan.

my ears where still ringing the next day
Loudest sporting event I've ever been to. And I've been to bigger stadiums to watch heated rivals play: Alabama-Auburn, LSU-Auburn, LSU-Alabama, etc.
I have also seen a handful of Sugar Bowls in the Dome before but nothing could top of the atmosphere that night.
Didn't get to go to any of the playoff games in 2009 so I couldn't say what that was like. But that reopening of the Dome is something I will never forget.

It was definitely a unique experience.
The playoff games vs. Philly in 07 and Minnesota in 2010 were louder. But that solid minute of celebrating after the TD was something else. The only thing that I can relate it to was the start of the 4th quarter in the LSU vs UF 07 game.
