Caught the rerun tonight. Overall impressed. Will watch again.
Minor nitpick: "Happy Days" syndrome, eighties music in the background might be from 1980 or 1989, regardless of when the scene is taking place. News report on Iran hostage crisis places it around 1981, yet there's mid eighties music playing.
I'm calling it now, John Boy Walton is a double agent.

The only thing that could make this show better is if Kevin Costner were to make an appearance as "Yuri". Interesting call on John Boy.

Just curious, I can't remember the scene...what song(s) were playing?

I mean, if it were playing on the radio in the scene that's one thing, but I really don't have a problem with them playing 80's on a tv show set in the 80's.
