After the Saints 2014 Super Bowl massacre of the Broncos in New Jersey, 2015 was a tough year. Brees sustained his first long term injury since playing in New Orleans. With Brees missing 10 games rookie backup Logan Thomas definitely was not ready yet only winning 2 games. The 8-8 record though did allow the Saints to select Stanford safety Ed Reynolds. He was instrumental in the Saints 14-2 SB run in 2016 with 9 INTs.
