What mistake did she make?
She is a woman and spoke out of turn. Come on bro.

She was mad that her team lost, and that everyone is celebrating a guy who in all probability covered up a murder or maybe even committed one. They are just completely ignoring that it happened to an extent.
It happened a long time ago and the man is paying for it daily internally I'm sure. Why do so many of you want him to pay for it externally? Wleker's wife was being a bitch plain and simple. Just as Brady and Belidick!

Cause Ray is black and he's more gospelish?

Since you quoted me I will respond. When have I ever said that he should be punished "externally"? I was just pointing out why Welker's wife said what she said. Ray Ray is a great football player, no doubt about that. But the fact that he's celebrated as a person is beyond me. Maybe he made a change for the better, maybe he's no longer an absent father to his what 4 different mothers kids? Maybe he's no longer committing or covering up murders. Maybe it's all behind him. But lets not paint the ceiling of a chapel in his image, because he's a good football player.

The media will catch a lot of flack from the civil rights community if they are too critical of him. The civil rights community is always looking for a fight

This is complete hear say, there is not proof that this is the case. He completely cooperated, and there were no charges brought against him. If you have proof that he did this, then please take it to the police.

How do you know what his relationship is to his kids? Does he speak with them regularly, are they financially cared for? How much time do they spend around him.

Goes both ways, he is a football player, and thats all we know about him. So how can we make negative judgments about him, but not positive. We need to stop digging into celebrities/athletes lives like we know the fricking people. Its sad really!

So his faith is so strong that he has 6 kids by 4 different women?
Something is definitely strong, but I'm not sure that faith has anything to do with it.

Did she ask for forgiveness? So who gives a frick what Ray Lewis thinks or cares about. She was pretty much spot on.

Ray Lewis said he forgives Wed Welker's wife for her comments about him. "People just make mistakes and say foolish things sometimes."

Thank you. I've heard he's very involved in their lives, supports them financially, try and go to school functions or athletic events, etc.

Lewis pled guilty to a lesser charge & agreed to testify against his former friends. That is not the same thing as saying he was never convicted of a crime. It's fair to call Ms.Welker a bitch if that is your opinion of her. But what do you call the wives & mothers of the 2 murder victims, a crime that has never been resolved?
