Caplewood, scallions and parmesan? Your own creation? It also looks like it would be most excellent!

Yea just had leftover scallion tops and a knob of parm in the fridge. I make scallion cornbread alot though from having the leftover tops. Buttermilk cornbread doesn't need much help but the onion is nice
