Real simple. Hot grill, coat them in olive oil, salt and pepper. Skin side down first, once you flip them lay a sheet of foil on top (help keep them moist). Medium rare should be the target.

One of the few good things about living out west - fresh salmon in the summer.

Plenty of teriyaki, about a tablespoon of dales, few splashes of liquid smoke. Prep your grill to about 300. Place in fish basket. Pour marinade over fish. sprinkle sugar over fish.Cook a couple of minutes and flip twice or until there is a little char

Make sure you don't get frozen or with skin
