You won't hear anything about changes until after signing day. I'm not saying they are coming but no coach is going to shake things up right now. There are plenty of rumors of the changes to come though.

It has nothing to do with ego, dippy! Miles already did this two years ago, and the poor bastard got a disease! Miles is about as humble a guy as I've ever seen coaching major college football. It's because he has a tradition that let's him know he's part of the field.

clearly, we need a scheme change but not an entire makeover. this is the time to do it since we are signing two top quality qbs. no way we should do an entire makeover with mett being a sr. and just learning the current system.
also, if you get rid of stud, you need an ol coach so krag would probably have to go to make room for ol coach.

Mett's problems this season had more to do with making reads quicker and some errant passes. The OL problems and WR drop passes didn't help. However, I would have to wonder if our current offensive scheme had effective routes to allow the WRs to get open sooner or the predictability allowed defenders to sit on certain routes. IMO, an offensive philosophy change is definitely needed in order to see progress. But I don't think it has too much negative affects on Mett's ability to improve. Learning a new offense isn't a major concern.
