You always skip the first 2 from right to left on that header.
So Power at the top and right below it Reset
Then again from right to left after the Power/Reset
Negative LED, Postive LED - TOP
Negative HDD LED, Positive LED - BOTTOM
For the SSD/HDD question. They are both SATA drives. The controller is both SATA controllers. They use the exact same power cable and SATA controller.
Make sure you hook the SSD to the first SATA header.

I'm jealous of your cable management. A few of my cables don't have enough slack to run through the channel between the mobo and opticals.

Got it all in, hit the power button and we have lift off!

awesome man. how are you liking the fractal? The finish on mine is really nice

I really like it so far.
I am having a bit of a hickup right now. I am getting the error code A2 on the debug, which the manual is telling me is "IDE Detect"
Doing some googling right now and it seems like a lot of people had to completely unplug everything and start over

sounds like memory issue. I would have to look up your codes.
Follow these steps:
1. Turn system off
2. Take all RAM out except A1
3. Clear CMOS
4. Set XPM Profile1
5. Repeat steps 1-4 adding another stick of RAM until all 4 are installed.

You know how to clear CMOS? There should be a button on the back of the MOBO.
If not, you will have to move the jumper over. I can't really search for that MOBOs details ATM. Give me a few to get home.
ETA:
Nvm I see you fixed it.
If the system restarts 2-3 times when coming from a cold boot, follow the steps I listed above.
Also could be that you do not have a HDD connected to the first SATA port.

I had an A2 debug code when I first started and just reseated the ram.

Welcome to the club. I have a new build that is coming up in the next week or so. Watercooled CPU.

I just put one together myself, as all I had was a laptop that can't really do much.
I didn't go overboard, ended up ~$710. I don't really plan to overclock or anything so I figured I didn't really need a 3570k or an expensive Z77 mobo.
i5-3470
ASRock H77M
8gb Corsair Vengeance
HIS Radeon HD 7870 2gb
Wasn't really sure on the power supply, because I really wasn't sure how much I'd need, but I went with an Antec BP550 mostly because it's modular and PSU calculators were telling me I'd be using somewhere between 300-325..so I added 200 to it.

Sweet what blocks and rads are you putting in?
I'm fond of EK. Everything in my loop is EK but the RAD and pump of coarse.

Putting in a Swiftech H20-220 Elite kit. It's expandable and from what I've read it was the best pump in the business. I got this kit because it can be expanded to a full blown WC system.

download some arma 2 and DayZ and you will be hooked for life!
Posted on 1/26/13 at 4:16 pm to VABuckeye
let me know how that works out for you. I was pretty intrigued by the H220 that is supposed to come out end of February. Looks like a legitimate bridge between the pre filled and custom loops.

Will do. I can't find anything bad about the Swiftech stuff. Glowing reviews and the owners all love their stuff. I'm pretty intrigued by the case mod stuff I'm seeing on these forums. Thinking about removing the grills on my new case and painting them. I already got sleeved extensions for most of the cabling.
