That was my biggest problem/entertainment of the week. Are you trying to tell me that a woman would calmly, and unferociously stab a guy that had kidnapped her, her son, and ruined her life by not telling her he was serial killer before they got married? There is no way that after the first blow he doesn't end up dead on the floor with 39 stab wounds. The show should have ended last night. This series really could have been good if they had limited it to 10 or so episodes.

And the 2 cultists come in and calmly take her upstairs, which I assume is to be grounded in her room. Nobody smacks the shite out of her(I know she is supposedly off limits per Joe), and no one tends to Joe at all.
And the rest of the house obviously is too intent in whatever tv show they're watching to notice the commotion. Probably the Bachelor finale.
