I had leftover broiled chicken and rice.
When Lucy gets up at midnight she will have:
..fresh chicken salad for sammiches.
..leftover broiled chicken and rice.
..fresh cornbread with butter.
The last batch of chicken salad went 4 days so I put it on the dog's food as a topping. They said it was excellent.

I'd like to know what's in this chicken salad that makes it so good Lucy wants to eat it every day. And how you cook the chicken. I like mine roasted
