No but reciprocity laws are usually based on how much class time is required and how thorough it is. I remember talking to someone with an AL permit and they said it was a very short submission of paperwork. My CC class in LA was a full day event full of information. This usually leads to more states respecting your permit.
EDIT: This is referring to the original class, not the renewal process.
