Interesting breakdown but these numbers don't tell the whole story. Consider, for example, that Morris Claiborne (one of the two best players in the state, as it turned out, along with Rueben Randle) was not in the Top 15. He was a three star. I'm sure the same is true for Tyrann Mathieu.

The point is that coaching staff evaluations are the key, not the rivals.com Top 15.
