Here is a list, in no order of all the STARTING PG's in the league as of today. Rubio and ROSE being the only exceptions. This may help in ranking the PG's

EDIT: Rose and Rubio are only injury exceptions to the "starting" list.

1. Chris Paul
2-3: Rondo and Westbrook
4: Rose (put him with Rondo and Westbrook if not for injuries)
5-6: Irving and Parker

Other above average PGs: Williams, Conley, Curry
