3-4 lb boneless pork loin
2 1/2 cups ketchup
1 cup cider vinegar
3/4 or 1 cup of brown sugar (I forgot, but I'll check when I get home)
onion powder
garlic powder
1/2 BBQ of your choice (optional)
hot sauce to taste
tablespoon of Strawberry jelly
1/2 pack of McCormick pulled pork seasoning (optional)
I may be forgetting an ingredient or 2. I'll update it when I get home

Post that up, I'm interested.
Looks like you basically making Bar Be Que sauce and cooking meat in the same pot at the same time.
