Beef tips over rice with a thick mushroom, onion gravy. Added a little too much cayenne so I warned Lucy. She has no problem with pepper and said it was great.
I cut the steak up first and marinated in Cab Sav. Those little bottles of 4 are a bitch to open. Had to use a pair of pliers.
