No more irrelevant than u trying to make fun of people trying to get 22 stuff. My point is that stuff is just as important to some as your stuff seems to be to you. And I said There has been NO talk of alcohol or high capacity bottles.

Some of us enjoy target shooting, and not just hunting. Some of us even enjoy going more than 1 weekend per month.
.22 ammo is some some of the cheapest on the market, so this makes it more popular to shooters who enjoy shooting a lot.
Some of us just recently got new .22's and would like to break them in, sight them in and just see how they shoot.
My particular .22 has a 25 round clip. It's a lot easier to load 2 clips and shoot for an extended period of time than to have to reload smaller clips more often.
I went through 625 rounds in an hour a month back. And now I haven't been able to find any .22 ammo ANYPLACE and I have an Academy gift card just waiting to be used to stock up!
