Had LSU been favored in 5-6 games in 2012 and somehow managed to win 10 games I would have called that a very successful season.

However, winning 10 games when you were favored in 12 is not a success IMO. We loss two games to teams we were favored to beat. I don't know how "success" can be used to describe losing games you shouldn't have lost.

Alabama lost 5 games in the last 3 season and were favored in all of them...failure I guess.

LSU lost 6 games in that time, while being favored in 2. We must be more successful right?

it happens nearly every year to every team.


i swear i wonder sometimes if most people on this board even watch other games besides LSU
