i came here to post like 5 different ones and they've all been mentioned.

i would add maybe baldwin's scene from glengary glen ross. but i also like the whole ending.

any given sunday- pacino's game of inches speech

true romance- much has been mentioned but the scene with gandolfini and arquette was raw as hell.

princess bride- the game of wits scene between elwes and wallace shawn.

almost famous- the airplane scene

shawshank- the escape scene

reservoir dogs- the ear scene, i was more uncomfortable not seeing it happen

goodfellas- so many, but i'll go with the long shot going thru the copa

clue- tim curry's reveal of how it all happened

the thing- the blood test scene

i don't care what anyone says, i loved the scene in "The Rock" with the standoff btwn the marines and the seals.

godfather- the baptism and murder scene

Up- the opening sequence and love story

all i can think of, i'm missing 1000 more...
