New CBA gives 2nd and 3rd rounders no reason to come back. The enormous guarantees are done with the slotting.
The sooner these kids can get the clock started on their second contract the better. They have on avg. 5 years to make money in the nfl. No reason to waste another year in college.

If there is no reason for juniors to come back, why are juniors on other teams staying?
