It's is coachable and coaches & players should be held accountable.
Coaches coach players play.
Football is a chess match. But even if both defense and offense make perfect play calls the players have to exicute.

Oh I know. I do agree that we need to find a better offensive mind to coach the offense, but if the players execute this past season our offense looks much better.
