2008 Oklahoma, arguably one of the greatest and most prolific offenses in college football history, was held to a mere 14 points by the Florida Gators in the BCS National Championship Game. This was an offense who had scored 60+ points in 4 or 5 straight games coming in.

I was mainly talking about the last 2-3 years when the Alabama's and LSU's have taken over the SEC with their overly conservative offenses and dominant defenses.

That Florida defense was siiiiiiick!

Oh. So you rig it to where only your point of view can be right? I see. Let's just completely ignore 2006-2010 and concentrate on the last year or so.

Bama's offense is anemic? Most games this season they were up so big that they just handed the ball off the entire 2nd half.

You don't have to be an assclown and just throw it up in the air in the 4th quarter when up by 4 touchdowns with 2 minutes to go like a Chip Kelly would do. Asstradamus.

It's funny you mention Alabama's overly conservative offense because in every haters mad rush to trash SEC defenses they fail to mention that Alabama offense has averaged 38 points per game the last 2 seasons. Yet Alabama has been deemed to have "no offense" when teams that average 38 points in a weak defensive league like the Big 12 are deemed prolific. Why the double standard?
