In Let it Ride, one scene that always gets me is when Richard Dryfus comes back to the bar after winning a sizeable amount and he has his security guy that he has hired. The guy is standing against a wall, talking about everything he has his eye on...gets me every time.
Also in Raising Arizona when they get the visitors over for dinner with all of the kids, and it pans to the one kid writing this...

Whenever I'm drunk... I start asking people "Gimme a sharpie" and my friends are all "DON'T GIVE HER A SHARPIE" because they know what's coming.
(only on an already trashed wall, mind you... but it's the thought that counts)
