I would abandon Miles if he were caught riding a motorcycle with a male 25 year old athletic department employee. But mediocre performance on the field would have to stretch beyond one year.

So your criteria for a football coach is that he be personally likable to you, but not that he actually be a good football coach? Do you also worry that your accountant might be morally reprehensible but remain unconcerned if he can't add?
